All packages must be purchased before or on the first session at full package rate. Packages must be used with at least one session per month unless mutually agreed on. You may share your package sessions with family or friends.
If for any reason the package is to be discontinued, the remaining sessions will be reimbursed within 90 days of discontinuation date, however the used sessions will be charged at the full non-discounted rate.
Failure to notify discontinuation of package sessions within 30 days from latest session will result in remaining package sessions not be refunded.
